Tottenham Hotspur Ladies will look to extend their unbeaten run to six games in all competitions when they play host to Brighton & Hove Albion Women in Sunday's Women's Super League contest.

Tottenham will enter Sunday's contest in a buoyant mood after putting together a five-game unbeaten run, comprising of three league matches and two FA Cup outings.

Spurs began their fine run of form with a penalty-shootout win over Manchester City in the FA Cup, before they went on to claim consecutive 1-0 league victories over Leicester City and Bristol City.

The North London club experienced more success in their first FA Cup semi-final appearance, claiming an extra-time victory to set up a final meeting with Manchester United next month.

Ahead of the clash at Wembley, Tottenham played out a 2-2 draw in last weekend's dress rehearsal against the Red Devils.

Beth England and Jessica Naz grabbed a goal apiece to give Spurs a 2-1 lead, before Maya Le Tissier netted a stoppage-time equaliser to ensure that the spoils were shared.

Robert Vilahamn's side will now turn their attention to Sunday's contest, where they will attempt to complete a league double over Brighton after recording a 3-1 victory in the reverse fixture.

Brighton have experienced a mixed run of results, having won two, drawn one and lost two of their last five WSL matches.

One of those two defeats took place last weekend when Mikey Harris's side fell to a narrow 2-1 loss in their home meeting with Everton.

Tatiana Pinto scored her second league goal of the season to cancel out Karen Holmgaard's opener, but a Guro Bergsvand own goal ultimately left Brighton with nothing to show for their efforts.

After experiencing a disappointing result on home turf, the Seagulls will now head on their travels as they look to extend their three-game unbeaten away league run.

Having failed to win their last four head-to-head meetings, Brighton are hoping to beat Tottenham for the first time since October 2021.

Team News

Tottenham are unable to call upon Celine Bizet due to a foot problem, while Martha Thomas is a doubt after being forced off in the first half against Man United.

Like Thomas, Drew Spence is also a doubt for Sunday's fixture after she picked up a knock in the 2-2 draw at Leigh Sports Village.

Having scored three goals in the last five matches, England will be looking to continue her fine form when she leads the line against Brighton.

As for the Seagulls, they are set to welcome back Spanish midfielder Vicky Losada following a one-match suspension.

Pauline Bremer could come into the starting lineup after returning from a three-game injury absence to play over half hour against Everton.

Maria Thorisdottir also recovered from injury to feature as a substitute last weekend, and the defender is in contention to start in Sunday's away clash.

Tottenham Hotspur Ladies possible starting lineup:
Spencer; Neville, Turner, Buhler, Nilden; Summanen, Graham, Clinton; Naz, Vinberg, England

Brighton & Hove Albion Women possible starting lineup:
Baggaley; Li, Bergsvand, Thorisdottir, Pattinson; Pinto, Losada, Zigiotti Olme; Robinson, Bremer, Terland

We say: Tottenham Hotspur Ladies 2-1 Brighton & Hove Albion Women

Tottenham will be full of confidence following a fine run of form, and after winning three of their last four games against Brighton, we think that they will continue that impressive record by claiming a narrow victory this weekend.
