Sports Mole looks at how Real Madrid could line up in Friday's La Liga clash with Real Betis.

Real Madrid will not have David Alaba back in their starting lineup for Friday's La Liga clash with Real Betis.

The Austria international has been sidelined for his side's last four league matches with the adductor problem that he aggravated during the Champions League semi-final first leg with Manchester City at the end of April.

Alaba has been back in full training this week, but head coach Carlo Ancelotti has left him out of the squad for the contest with Real Betis to manage his fitness ahead of the Champions League final.

Isco (groin), Gareth Bale (back) and Marcelo (muscle) have all overcome injuries to be a part of the squad on Friday night.

Eden Hazard made his comeback from a leg operation in the 1-1 draw with Cadiz last time out; the Belgium international picked up a blow to his foot in the contest and had emerged as a doubt here, but he is also in the squad.

Thibaut Courtois, Vinicius Junior and Karim Benzema were all rested against Cadiz, while Luka Modric was suspended, but all four could return to the starting team here.

Dani Carvajal and Ferland Mendy could also be back in the side in the full-back positions, with head coach Ancelotti expected to name a strong team.

There could be a rest Casemiro ahead of the European Cup final with Liverpool on May 28, though, with Eduardo Camavinga potentially starting against the Greens.

Real Madrid possible starting lineup: Courtois; Carvajal, Nacho, Militao, Mendy; Kroos, Camavinga, Modric; Rodrygo, Benzema, Vinicius
