Manchester City welcome back Vincent Kompany into their starting lineup to face Swansea City after the defender overcomes a calf injury.

Manchester City's Vincent Kompany has returned to the starting lineup for their Premier League match against Swansea City this afternoon after overcoming a calf injury.

The Belgian partners Martin Demichelis, who is preferred to Eliaquim Mangala, in central defence.

Academy graduate Jose Angel Pozo, meanwhile, makes the bench for Manuel Pellegrini's side.

Swansea welcome back Nathan Dyer after injury while midfielder Jonjo Shelvey is among the substitutes after completing a one-match ban.
