Huddersfield and Notts County move up to second and third in League One respectively with victories today, while Exeter and Yeovil remain in the relegation zone.

A hat-trick from Jordan Rhodes helped Huddersfield secure a 4-0 victory away at Exeter City and in the process move up to second in the League One table.

The Terriers' other goal of the afternoon came courtesy of centre-forward Alan Lee, who opened the scoring in the eighth minute.

There was no such luck for league leaders Charlton Athletic, who slipped to a 1-0 defeat away at Stevenage Borough. Stacy Long was Borough's hero, scoring from long range to end Charlton's unbeaten start to the season.

Martin Allen's Notts County continued their positive form with a 3-1 win at Chesterfield to move them up to third in the table. Goals from Ben Burgess and Alan Judge put County in control, before Craig Westcarr halved the deficit for the home side.

The points were sealed for County two minutes from time when Drew Talbot put through his own net.

Goals from Angelo Balanta and Clinton Morrison saw MK Dons claim a share of the spoils against Bournemouth, whose goals at the Stadium MK came from Wesley Thomas.

Yeovil's troubles in the drop zone continued this afternoon with a 3-0 loss at home to Carlisle United. Goals after the break from Liam Noble, Jon-Paul McGovern and Danny Livesey sealed the points for the visitors.
