Alexis Sanchez 'pictured in Manchester United shirt'

A photo purporting to show Alexis Sanchez in a Manchester United kit and wearing the number seven shirt is leaked online ahead of the Chilean's imminent switch.

Alexis Sanchez has reportedly completed his move to Manchester United after a photo of him wearing the club's kit was leaked online.

Sanchez's future has been the subject of intense speculation in recent weeks, with United seemingly beating off competition from local rivals and Premier League leaders Manchester City for the 29-year-old's signature.

Official confirmation is yet to arrive from either United or Arsenal, but Sanchez is understood to have completed his medical at United's Carrington training complex earlier today.

The deal, which will also see Henrikh Mkhitaryan move in the opposite direction, is expected to be announced in the next 24 hours, and the first photo of Sanchez in a United shirt has now apparently been released.

The picture shows Sanchez wearing the club's famous number seven shirt, which has previously been given to the likes of George Best, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Sanchez could make his debut for United when they take on Yeovil Town in the FA Cup fourth round on Friday night.
