Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar is reportedly no longer wanted by Real Madrid as they are worried it will complicate a future move for teammate Kylian Mbappe.

Real Madrid have reportedly cooled their interest in Neymar as they instead want to focus on signing Paris Saint-Germain teammate Kylian Mbappe.

The door has been left open for the Brazilian forward to leave the Parc des Princes this summer if anyone can match his valuation, which is believed to be in the region of £190m.

Madrid and La Liga rivals Barcelona are the only two teams that can realistically afford to splash out on Neymar, but Goal.com suggests that the former have ruled themselves out of the running.

Los Blancos are supposedly worried that their pursuit of the 27-year-old may complicate a future move for Mbappe, who tops their list of long-term targets.

The report claims that Madrid's focus in the remaining months of the current window is on signing a new midfielder, with Manchester United's Paul Pogba and Christian Eriksen of Tottenham Hotspur on their radar.
