Manchester United could reportedly still be a potential destination for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, who has two years remaining on his current contract.

Manchester United could reportedly still look to sign Sergej Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio.

The midfielder has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for a number of years, and he was once again rumoured to be a transfer target for United in the summer.

While the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal and Real Madrid were also credited with showing an interest, Milinkovic-Savic decided to remain with Lazio.

However, according to Manchester Evening News, Man United could still prove to be a potential destination for the midfielder.

With his contract set to expire in 2024, Milinkovic-Savic's agent is set to meet with Lazio at the end of September to discuss the player's future.

The Serbia international has made 303 appearances in his time with Lazio, scoring 60 goals and contributing 57 assists.
