Manchester United head coach Ralf Rangnick has been holding one-on-one talks with key players at the club over the last few days, according to a report.

Manchester United head coach Ralf Rangnick has reportedly been holding one-on-one talks with key players at the club over the last few days in a bid to improve morale.

There have been rumours of discontent in the club's dressing room, and both Harry Maguire and Marcus Rashford have recently taken to social media to address the latest reports.

Man United beat Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League on Tuesday and will be looking to make it back-to-back successes when they head to Leeds United, before travelling to Spain next week to face Atletico Madrid in the first leg of their last-16 Champions League clash.

According to the Daily Mail, Rangnick has been holding meetings with Cristiano Ronaldo, Bruno Fernandes, Paul Pogba and Rashford in a bid to improve relationships at Old Trafford.

The German coach will remain in his position at Man United for the rest of the season before taking on a two-year consultancy role with the 20-time English champions.

Paris Saint-Germain's Mauricio Pochettino is viewed as the favourite to be appointed the club's next head coach, while Ajax's Erik ten Hag is also said to be in the frame.
