Mallorca have risen to 13th in the La Liga table after a thrilling 3-2 win over Sporting Gijon at Estadio El Molinon.
The visitors opened the scoring after 30 minutes as Jose Carlos Nunes diverted home following a Chico corner.
Sporting, who had started brightly, replied swiftly through Adrian Colunga's second goal in as many games, before Pedro Orfila put through his own net seconds into the second period to restore Mallorca's lead.
Orfila then atoned for his error by assisting Alberto Botia for Sporting's second equaliser.
Mallorca won the game, against the run of play, 13 minutes from time as Alvaro Gimenez fired home from Tomer Hemed's neat pass.
