Sports Mole rounds up some of the latest transfer rumours, including Joe Allen to Huddersfield Town, Josh Bowler to Bournemouth and Charlie Cresswell to Millwall.

Huddersfield Town are reportedly interested in signing Joe Allen this summer but face a battle to bring the experienced midfielder to the club due to his wage demands.

The 32-year-old is available on a free transfer this summer, as he prepares to depart Stoke City, with his contract at the club due to expire at the end of the month.

According to The Sun, Huddersfield are keen on the Welshman, but a deal may prove to be too expensive, as he has been collecting Premier League wages during his time with the Potters.

The report claims that Allen could make a decision on his future this week, with Swansea City also showing an interest in their former midfielder.

Meanwhile, according to The Sun, Bournemouth have identified Blackpool attacker Josh Bowler as a possible signing during this summer's transfer window.

The 23-year-old made 45 appearances for his current side during the 2021-22 campaign, contributing eight goals and three assists during a successful campaign.

The report claims that Bournemouth had a £3m offer for Bowler turned down in January but are now preparing to reignite their interest, with a £1m bid potentially being made.

The Cherries are keeping their spending low this summer ahead of their return to the Premier League, and the Blackpool winger is said to be viewed as the ideal signing by head coach Scott Parker.

Meanwhile, according to Football Insider, Millwall are in advanced talks with Leeds United over a loan deal for teenage defender Charlie Cresswell.

The 19-year-old made six appearances for the Whites during the 2021-22 campaign, including five outings in the Premier League, and he is believed to be highly-rated by his current club.

The report claims that Millwall have identified Cresswell as the ideal player to boost their defence for next season and discussions between the two parties are now 'advanced'.

Leeds boss Jesse Marsch is allegedly prepared to let the youngster leave on a short-term basis to continue his development, as he is likely to be a regular for the Lions in the Championship.

Over in Italy, it is being claimed that AC Milan are interested in signing Paris Saint-Germain centre-back Abdou Diallo during this summer's transfer window.

According to Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano, Diallo has 'many proposals' to leave PSG in the current market, and Milan are showing a keen interest in his services.

The 26-year-old will allegedly weigh up the offers before making a decision, and he is believed to be keen to leave the French capital this summer in search of regular action.

During the 2021-22 campaign, the Senegal international only featured on 16 occasions in all competitions, with 12 of those outings coming in France's top flight.
