Arsenal allow defender Jordi Osei-Tutu to move to Rotherham United on a loan deal until the end of the season.

Rotherham United have won the race to secure a loan deal for Arsenal defender Jordi Osei-Tutu.

Despite spending the last 18 months on loan at Cardiff City and Nottingham Forest, the full-back has been restricted to 12 appearances in the Championship.

The 23-year-old's last appearance for Forest came as recently as December 18 but having spent a significant period on the sidelines through injury, the player was again hindered fitness-wise.

Osei-Tutu has since departed the City Ground, and it was announced on Monday that he had linked up with League One title chasers Rotherham.

The former academy player, who is yet to make a first-team outing for the Gunners, has 17 months remaining on his contract at the Emirates Stadium.
