Arsene Wenger set to recall Alexis Sanchez for Leicester City match

Arsene Wenger reveals that Alexis Sanchez is available for tomorrow night's game with Leicester City.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has said that Alexis Sanchez is likely to return to the side for tomorrow night's clash with Leicester City.

Sanchez has missed Arsenal 's last two league games with a slight hamstring injury, but he is set to play some role against the Foxes as Wenger hopes to get a reaction from his players after Saturday's defeat to Tottenham Hotspur.

He told reporters: "[Alex Oxlade-]Chamberlain is out, the only one who has a chance to be on the bench or to start maybe is Sanchez. It is not the first time we lose a game, but how we bounce back is to take the information from what we got at Tottenham, and respond very quickly on Tuesday.

"It is disappointing because we did fight hard together, but we made too many technical mistakes. We lost too many balls in situations where we could have put Tottenham in trouble. What is funny is that every time we arrived in their final third we looked like we could score a goal, but we didn't do it enough."

Arsenal currently sit sixth in the Premier League table.
