Seven more characters are confirmed to be returning for Amazon Freevee's Neighbours revival.

Amazon Freevee's upcoming revival of Neighbours has signed up seven more cast members.

The iconic Aussie soap aired its last episode last summer after Channel 5 withdrew its funding, but in a surprise move later in the year, Amazon announced a deal to bring the show back in late 2023.

Four Ramsay Street legends have already been confirmed for the cast - Stefan Dennis, Alan Fletcher, Ryan Moloney and Jackie Woodburne - and now they have been joined by seven more.

Four of the seven will be on the regular cast, with Annie Jones (Jane Harris), Rebekah Elmaloglou (Terese Willis), Georgie Stone (Mackenzie Hargreaves) and Tim Kano (Leo Tanaka) all back, while the other three - Ian Smith (Harold Bishop), April Rose Pengilly (Chloe Brennan) and Melissa Bell (Lucy Robinson) - are returning in a guest capacity.

Production is due to begin later this spring, with more cast announcements expected in the coming months.
