Watch: Familiar faces return in trailer for Hollyoaks' 25th anniversary

Take a look at the trailer for the Hollyoaks 25th anniversary episodes.

Channel 4 has released an explosive new trailer for the 25th anniversary episodes of Hollyoaks next month.

The four-minute reel features the return of Jorgie Porter as Theresa McQueen for a dramatic storyline that sees her, Mercedes, Goldie, John Paul, Sylver, Nana and Cher blackmailed for their deadliest sins by a creepy-looking doll.

As revealed yesterday, original cast member Jeremy Edwards is back in the village, 21 years after his character Kurt Benson was killed off - but is troubled Tony just having another vision?

Sienna's daughter Nico (Persephone Swales-Dawson) is certainly a vision when she returns from the dead as a figment of Liberty's imagination, while Kieron Richardson is back as Ste Hay for a reunion with Yazz.

The trailer also hints at a hit and run, a proposal from Yazz and a shocking reveal of Lisa's body.
